Life Care Center of Bridgeton

I truly appreciate the care that was provided for my father during his rehab stay at Life Care Center of Bridgeton. The nurses, therapists, social services, and other staff were all top notch, helpful and understanding.

I would like to take this opportunity to express my appreciation for the professionalism, empathy and gratitude of the business office (Michelle) representing; Life Care Center of Bridgeton located in Bridgeton, Mo. She stated she would perform the necessary research to provide the answers to our family concerning the inconsistencies related to our account. She explained it would take some time, however she will perform a thorough review of our account. Thank you Michelle

My mother was there for approximately two months while recovering from several surgeries. We appreciate the care that was given to her by the rehab team. They helped her regain her strength. Thanks to all the staff.

I typically don’t write reviews but wanted to share some thoughts on our experience to help the next family when choosing a Rehab facility. My Dad was discharged from Life Care Center of Bridgeton today after a 3 wk stay. This was his 3rd Rehab facility in the last 3 months. My Dad is 91 with a congestive heart condition and was plagued with dehydration, low blood pressure, excessive edema, & excessive levels of ammonia. Life Care of Bridgeton provided above par care to allow my Dad to meet his goals to return home & avoid long term nursing home care. The Nursing & CNA staff are all in house personnel as opposed to a rotating agency staff. They provided a level a care that exceeded our expectations. Nurses & CNAs genuinely cared about my Dad and it showed. My Dad never complained about the food. It was always tasty, hot, & timely served. All of his Therapists (Physical, Occupational, & Speech) provided excellent therapy to get my Dad back on track to being independent. On his last day prior to being discharged, my Dad walked by himself to the Therapy Center to initiate an unscheduled physical therapy session with his Therapist. Finally, we appreciated the support we received from Admissions & Social Services. The Admissions Director was personable, knowledgeable, & provided my family unsolicited advice. The Social Services Director was great to work with and went above her call of duty to help my family.
