Herbert Rigg was dealing with generalized muscle weakness and atrial fibrillation when he came to Life Care Center of Bridgeton, Missouri, for rehab on June 18, 2017.

“Upon admission, Mr. Rigg could not do anything for himself due to extreme pain in both hands and the A-fib causing swelling all through his body,” said Kathleen Stecher, director of rehab services....

After falling and breaking her arm, Eleanor Daly needed rehabilitation.

To make matters worse, Daly also had pneumonia, which weakened her whole body. She came to Life Care Center of Bridgeton, Missouri, on Nov. 16, 2016. She couldn’t walk and needed extensive assistance with standing, transferring from one surface to another, getting dressed and bathing....

David Neubauer acquired septic arthritis in his right knee, leading to swelling, pain and the inability to walk.

To recover, Neubauer came to Life Care Center of Bridgeton, Missouri, on Dec. 30, 2016. When he arrived, he needed extensive assistance to stand, get dressed or get from one surface to another (such as from his bed to a wheelchair)....
