On Feb. 14, 2017, several couples enjoyed a Valentine’s Day luncheon at Life Care Center of Bridgeton, Missouri.
Long-term residents and short-term rehab patients alike could invite their spouses to join them for a meal of prime rib, twice-baked potatoes, asparagus, dinner rolls and red velvet cake. Tables were decorated with candles and flowers....
On Sept. 10, 2016, associates from Life Care Center of Bridgeton, Missouri, took part in the 2016 Walk to End Alzheimer’s held in downtown St. Louis.
These associates represented members of many different departments, including nurses, nursing aides, marketers, business office team members, therapists, housekeepers, social services workers and health records, as well as their families.
Life Care Center of Bridgeton, Missouri, hosted its Fifth Annual Summer Blast on June 18, 2016.
More than 75 people showed up for this fun way for the community, as well as residents, associates and their families, to celebrate the season. They enjoyed a barbecue, face painting, a caricature artist, a bounce house and live rock ’n’ roll oldies by a band called G.E.M.
Residents at Life Care Center of Bridgeton, Missouri, enjoyed a visit from the St. Louis Cardinals mascot as the perfect ending to National Nursing Home Week 2016.
The facility had a Cardinals-themed day on May 13. Associates served ball park favorites, including hot dogs, popcorn, nachos, bottled soda and ice cream. But the highlight of the day was the chance to take pictures with Fred Bird.

“Because Life Care has 11 buildings throughout Missouri, it is necessary for us to be a vital part of the resources for seniors,” explained Donna Rohr, divisional director of business development.
